Zucchini Pie
A generational family favorite!
4 cups zucchini sliced into bite-size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon basil
2 eggs
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 ounce can crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 375°F. 
- Prepare pie dish by lining it with crescent roll dough. 
- Sauté zucchini and onion in butter until soft. 
- Mix in all other ingredients until cheese melts. 
- Pour zucchini mixture into prepared pie dish 
- Bake for 30 minutes 
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
