Peach Custard Pie

 
 

A fun take on peach pie!

1 unbaked pie shell

4-6 peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons butter, melted

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place unbaked pie shell into 9 inch pie dish.

  2. Place peaches in pie shell

  3. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over peaches.

  4. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for another 45 minutes until set.
