Strawberry Pie

 

A favorite recipe from Winn’s mom, Mae!

1/2 cup granualted sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 8 oz container of Cool-Whip

3 pints of fresh strawberries, stemmed and quartered

1 9 inch pie shell, baked and cooled

  1. Beat sugar into melted butter

  2. Mix in prepared starberries

  3. Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly combined

  4. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.
