Reservations

We’d love for you to join us! Fill out this quick form and we’ll get back to you with the availability of the guesthouse.

A 25% deposit is required within 1 week of reservation. We accept cash, card, or check. We ask that you check in after 3 pm and check out by 11 am (unless other arrangements have been made).

Rates

$150 per night, double occupancy with a two night minimum.

$900 weekly (seven consecutive nights).

$2500 monthly (thirty consecutive nights).

$35 per night for each additional person over the age of 18 per night.

Additional upstairs bedrooms can be rented to the same party for a minimum of $50 per night.

All reservations are subject to an 11% tax (PA pillow and state tax).

Policies

Smoking is not permitted inside our guest house.

We welcome children, but ask that they be supervised at all times.

No pets are permitted.

Cancellations

Your deposit is refundable, minus a $50.00 processing fee, if we receive your cancellation 15 days prior to your scheduled stay.
