Roasted Potatoes and Marinated Feta

 
 

A great combo of QVO’s and Atwater’s products!

Enought potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, winter squash (whatever you have on hand!) to fill a 9x13 baking dish

1 package of Atwater’s marinated feta

Red pepper flakes, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut potatoes and other vegetables into quarters or relatively bite-size pieces and place into a 9x13 baking dish

  3. Pour the entire package of feta in with the veggies and toss. It is optional, but we like to sprinkle with some red pepper flakes.

  4. Place in oven and bake for 75 to 90 minutes.
