Zucchini Pie

 
 

It all started when…

4 cups zucchini sliced into bite-size pieces

1 onion, chopped

1/4 cup butter

2 tablespoons parsley

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon basil

2 eggs

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

8 ounce can crescent rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Prepare pie dish by lining it with crescent roll dough.

  3. Sauté zucchini and onion in butter until soft.

  4. Mix in all other ingredients until cheese melts.

  5. Pour zucchini mixture into prepared pie dish

  6. Bake for 30 minutes

  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
